However, with the plethora of eggplant I’ve been buying, I was immediately sucked into the idea of making rolls. So that it would be a full dinner, I stuffed the rolls with a mixture of ground turkey and Feta cheese. My boyfriend and I loved it! Thanks for the great idea.
