I was looking for recipes for leeks and came across this one…yum! Couldn’t find grana padano cheese – Parmigiano Reggiano seems to have worked because this turned out great. Shared some with my 90 year old grandma who loves leeks and it was a hit with her, too!

I made this yesterday and may I say, it was DELISH! I also had never heard of Grana Padano, but found it at a local market. This was easy to prepare and absolutely fabulous!

@jblawhead Grana Padano is a hard Italian cheese. If you can’t find it you can substitute Parmigiano Reggiano : ) Sometimes when you translate from celcius the temps look a little odd : ) Hope you enjoy xoxo Paula

Just curious about the cheese, I’ve never heard of it before. Also, 395 degrees is an odd temp, but I’ll try it!
