		<description><![CDATA[I made this for the back to school luncheon we provided for the teachers &amp; staff at my kids&#039; school yesterday! It was super easy to make and DELICIOUS! 
I added an addt&#039;l half cucumber &amp; a little red onion for more color. I also used less sugar but, I am sure it depends on the slaw dressing you start with. I also didn&#039;t use all the dressing - probably 12 oz. or so but, again - I just adjusted slightly to my taste.
This is definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing an original twist to a summertime staple!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[SUCH a great recipe! Perfect for summer!! Obviously cucumbers can get a little boring, and this is a lot more interesting than simply chucking them into a ranch dip. Also, bowtie is a great pasta to use in this recipe!

FYI: For the &quot;slaw dressing&quot; I deducted the white sugar and cider vinegar from the above recipe and mixed the following ingredients into a bowl to add to the cukes and pasta:
1 c mayonnaise
TB sugar
TB honey
1/4 c cider vinegar
salt &amp; pepper to taste
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 - 1 TB Old Bay seasoning (depending on how zesty you like it!)]]></description>
