I also can&#039;t seem to get it to rise the second time, but that doesn&#039;t affect the bread at all. (Do I knead it too much in between risings?) The filling is super-yummy. Other than baking until it was &quot;well-done&quot; the first time, this raisin bread has done well repeatedly for us.]]></description>
