		<description><![CDATA[Ooh, I never thought to make PB cookies with oat flour!  How would you describe the texture of the cookies, are they a bit rougher than the ones made with regular flour?  And can you taste the oats?  I&#039;m dying to try these now.  And I love that it makes a nice, small batch.]]></description>
