I don’t know if the Stevia I purchased was from a bad batch, or what, but it wasn’t sweet. It was on the bitter side. And the cookies were crumbly and…not good.

How would you describe the texture of the cookies, are they a bit rougher than the ones made with regular flour? And can you taste the oats? I’m dying to try these now.
