		<description><![CDATA[Yum!!!! I saw this recipe and instantly wanted to try it. I&#039;m so glad that I did because it is just delicious. Besides being really healthy, it&#039;s an incredibly easy dish to cook. I did substitute some chicken broth that I had in the refrigerator for the vegetable bouillon cube but other than that I followed the recipe. I did have to add about a cup more water as the Dal cooked to keep it from getting too thick. This was so good that my family asked me to make it again for dinner the same day. This is a great recipe and I have a feeling that I&#039;ll be making it often. It&#039;s a good thing that I already have a 5lb bag of red lentils in my cupboard. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s going to last all that long now that I&#039;ve found this dish!]]></description>
