These look delicious...However, they are not low-carb. Using the nutrition from a can of swanson chickpeas, your listed serving size comes in over 15 carbs. That is with the fiber accounted for.

Delicious! Made these for my daughter who loves chickpeas. She picked low sodium soy sauce and we let them marinate for a bit before we roasted them.

These were pretty good. I didn't add the sea salt because I felt the chickpeas were salty enough on their own. I made two batches the first I used "Mrs. Dash" Garlic and Herb, and the second I used Cumin, Chili Powder and a pinch of Cayenne. Thanks for the great start to many yummy variations.

I thought these were good, but I did adjust the recipe a little. I used only 1 teaspoon of salt and that was plenty. The spices I used were garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I baked them for 30 minutes. These are great for when you are craving something salty!

I found these were really salty. My husband recommended I try again after draining, soaking and draining the chickpeas from the can in order to remove some of the canning salt. This made a huge difference and we really enjoyed this snack.

These were amazing!!! I used a little seasoning salt, onion powder and some cayenne for spices. They came out great! They did talk closer to 30 min. then 20 but they were very irresistible! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
