		<description><![CDATA[I made this for dinner this evening using zucchini, onion, pepper, parsnips, carrots, broccoli and sweet potato as the vegetables and it was SOO delicious! I didn&#039;t add the cinnamon and I used a wild rice mix instead of plain brown and all the flavours just complement each other so well! I&#039;m definitely making this again.]]></description>
