		<description><![CDATA[I have been wanting to start eating more Quinoa and decided to start with this recipe and was very pleased.  I used 1/2 teaspoon cumin since that was missing from the ingredient list.  I also thought this was plenty for 4 servings.  Topped mine also with some green onion tops and 1/4 diced avocado per serving.  Was VERY filling and tasty.  Will be making on a regular basis!  Thanks CookingCollegeChick!]]></description>
