		<description><![CDATA[Very yummy!  We had eaten quinoa a couple days earlier, so I subbed brown rice in the recipe, and added some shrimp for protein.  It was a delicious one-dish meal!  Great combination of spices to jazz up your whole grains.  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
