		<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much for this recipe.  My husband and I recently starting juicing and I simply hated to throw away the pulp but I couldn&#039;t think of much to do with it.  Now I see myself making these crackers all the time.  I only added a touch of salt and if I wanted to be mega-healthy, I probably don&#039;t even need it.  These smell delicious as they&#039;re baking and are immensely satisfying to eat.  I can&#039;t wait to share some with my mom tomorrow.  Awesome!!!]]></description>
