		<description><![CDATA[So simple! So good! Made these last night for my son&#039;s birthday celebration. In lieu of baked potatoes, I thought these would be a great side to grilled steaks. And they were! What is nice about this recipe is you can adapt it any way you like to fit your family&#039;s liking. Think of a loaded baked potato....that is this recipe. (Never had Pizza Express) If you like sour cream on your baked potato, an individual could easily add it to their serving after baking. Also, it would be easy to half this recipe for a smaller crowd. 

I did make one adaptation. I only used one stick of butter and that worked for me. I thought the two pounds of bacon would be too much, but we love bacon]]></description>
