		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m so sorry, Jerseycook - I didn&#039;t notice I had posts!  Yes, you can substitute cornstarch for the arrowroot powder and yes, it is just to prevent clumping.  I use arrowroot because of my corn allergies.  In this case, you can substitute it one-for-one, but in my other baking recipes to be posted in the future, the ratio is 2 teaspoons of cornstarch per 1 Tablespoon of arrowroot powder.]]></description>
