		<description><![CDATA[I though this was a very interesting recipe. It was different... good different. I had a bunch of kale and was looking for a different way to use it. It was fresh so I cooked it and then followed the recipe as written. I used it like bread. My dad is greek so we used it to dip in hummus:) He is always surprised at the things I cook for him and this was definitely surprising for him. He liked it.]]></description>
