I see lots of variations in future tries. I used my last potatoes, old and wrinkly, and they were great. So I didn’t! Mom(she’s 80) and I ate almost the whole batch. When my daughter came home from school, she walked in the house and said, “Mmmmmm, it smells heavenly!” and proceeded to eat the rest. I didn’t make the chili sauce this time but will be trying it, as soon as, I get more potatoes. Thanks, Adina for my, new favorite recipe!!!
