I love these. I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and then add 1/2 of honey. This makes the cookies nice and gooey. I, also, cook them in a bar pan and make that keeps them moist longer, too.

I have to fight my family off of them.

In the last 6 days we've made these cookies 3 times! We've shared most of them & everyone loves them.
Today I added 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder and they are yummy too.
Once again, thank you!

Love this recipe! Thank you!
My newly diagnosed gluten & dairy intolerant 8 yr old loved these, despite not being a peanut butter fan.
But she had to fight me for them! We loved both the taste & the texture of them.
I think this will become a favorite cookie recipe.

5 min prep time????? only if your kids put everything where it goes. It took me that long figure out how much peanut butter was 16 oz. (2 cups)

I made these with 1/2 cruncy and the other 1/2 smooth peanut butter. (Just what I had on hand) Also I used Splenda instead of sugar.

My diabetic husband really loved them, as long as he could have a glass of milk.
