		<description><![CDATA[I will confess that I&#039;ve given into temptation and made mug cake on more than one occasion, fully knowing that the flour, sugar, oil, and milk were loaded with calories.  It doesn&#039;t even hold a candle to oven-baked cake, either, so there&#039;s really no reason to eat it, other than instant gratification.  I calculated the calories in this recipe (using almond milk and Ghirardelli double chocolate chips) and when it came in just under 200 calories, I had to give it a try.  It was moist and fluffy/custardy (if that even makes sense), compared to dense and spongey.  It&#039;s miles better than the &quot;standard&quot; mug cake!  Now let&#039;s hope I don&#039;t make it a too frequent habit and save it for a special treat...  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
