I LOVE this salad. It's simple, fast, and it's wonderful. I always have to double the recipe because I eat it every day for lunch this time of year. I sometimes use chives since I have so many growing, but that is literally the only substitution I make. The only ADD I've ever done is leftover grilled chicken. It IS yummy both warm (if you can't wait for it to chill) or ice cold from the fridge. You won't be disappointed.
