		<description><![CDATA[The filling was great. I don&#039;t know about the crust because I had one I was already using. I substituted about 2tsp evoo for the butter when sautéing the veggies. I didn&#039;t have arrowroot flour, so I sprinkled the veggies with a small handful of brown rice flour when they were mostly cooked through and cooked it long enough to cook out the flour taste. Then I added the milk and seasonings and it was thick enough.]]></description>
