		<description><![CDATA[Oh, so good!  We are making Elana&#039;s carrot cake for my son&#039;s birthday and I made a test batch and ATE IT WITH A  SPOON!  We made cupcakes so we divided the frosting into thirds and tinted it, which the kids loved.  I found that it tasted more cream cheesy when it was chilled and lasted about 3 days before it started to weep.  But it only lasted that long cause I forced myself to save some:)  We, er, finished it off by scooping it out of the bowl with chocolate squares.  So, so good.]]></description>
