I made it exactly as the recipe stated, used a 9″ springform pan and ended up cooking it for an hour. It never set up. The edges and a thin layer on top were the only pieces that even resembled a cookie. Those parts were delicious and I could taste the potential of this recipe (hence the 2 mitts). I am going to try again and experiment a bit to see if I can make it work.
