Not the texture of my regular pb cookies, but extremely tasty! I used regular pb instead of crunchy since I have one child who doesn’t like nuts. I added chocolate chips to the last bit of batter (my husband’s idea) and they were very good as well (that might blow the “low fat” thing though).
