		<description><![CDATA[I have made these twice and am trying to get them more crunchy and less cake-y. Great recipe and if you like your cookies soft and chewy, no adjustment required. I make them with wow butter (a soy butter) instead of peanut butter so I can send them to my kids’ peanut-free school in their lunches. I love that there’s some protien and not a lot of sugar in them!]]></description>
