It is delicious! Only thing I may consider changing would be using spinach in place of the kale. The kale was excellent but the next day it gave the leftovers a bitter taste. If you’re going to polish it off right away, go for the kale,But if you anticipate leftovers maybe sub spinach.

Five stars, will definitely make this again….and again….and again!
