		<description><![CDATA[I doubled the recipe. Prior to getting under way I used about 3 tbsp. of olive oil to sautéed my onions then added the garlic, black pepper and salt. After further sautéing this mixture, I took up the doubled recipe and knocked it out! 
Btw - served it over rice ~ Awesome ~]]></description>
