For this recipe, I&#039;d go with just enough water to not quite cover the veggies/beans. I meant to blend it as suggested, but forgot. I think it would be tasty either way. 		<description><![CDATA[Unblended, I would say this dish is not as thick as I generally expect from chili, more like a soup with beans and chili flavoring. I decided to blend much of the soup to get the dish as pictured and I do prefer this consistency. I would consider making this again but its not a must have.]]></description>
