Very tasty. This soup goes together super fast — only “prep” is dicing the onion. I will definitely make this again!

Side note: I did double the tortellini as it was part of a soup/sandwich dinner.

I added shredded chicken breast to it and put in 2 big hand fulls of spinach after I turned off the heat. The basil and oregano gave this soup a fantastic flavor!
