		<description><![CDATA[This bisque was heavenly!  It had texture still from the veggies, I added 1/2 teas tarragon, just because.
I also used half n half not cream....made it the night before serving and the flavors just married so well, the next day the bisque was lovely.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This was fantabulous!! I do think I could safely cut the cream down to 3/4 cup and lose nothing in the flavor!  Maybe even 1/2 a cup since I increased the butter to get all my veggies nice and soft without worrying about them getting brown. It was phenomenal!]]></description>
