		<description><![CDATA[I made this in the crock pot and let it cook over night. I didn&#039;t add olive oil to keep the recipe virtually fat free. It was fantastic!  Next time I will add more beans (maybe light red kidney) just to make it a bit heartier.  Delicious and healthy... Can&#039;t beat that!]]></description>

Would also be excellent with some shrimp or white fish thrown in for extra protein or the rind of a parmesean chunk for extra flavor.]]></description>
