		<description><![CDATA[I made this but cut the amount of tomatillos, beans and broth in half.  I was afraid that the quantity of tomatillos would be too bitter.  I also did not puree completely but left some chunks.  The soup was very good.  I think next time I am going to add some hominy and instead of sour cream I want to thicken it with masa flour.]]></description>
