Awesomeness. The using a Rotisserie chicken trick is genius! This will be my go to chicken and noodles recipe from now on and when my kids are grown and moved out they'll say to their spouses, "you don't make chicken and noodles like my MOM!" and I'll just smile sweetly and take another bite of my Snickers bar. :)

We enjoyed this on a cold Sunday afternoon. I couldn't find the extra think Kluski noodles so I used the Kluski regular noodles and they turned out fine (just didn't cook any longer than the 12 minutes stated on the bag). Keeper!

Oh--I lvoe cheatin'! I've used the Rotisserie chicken for lots of things, but this is new and sounds so good right now. And especially the Snickers Bar. I hope I can find the Amish noodles locally. Wonder if it freezes well? There's only 2 of us now.

I just had to write and say thank you for posting this recipe. I made it last night for my boyfriend and his mom, and it was absolutely fabulous. I actually ended up using a roast turkey breast instead of a chicken, but it was still fantastic. I will definitely be making this again.

This is one of the first Tasty Kitchen recipes I tried, before I was a new member and before Noshings was a Featured Member.

I used a turkey carcass - yes, in August I still had a turkey in the freezer from last Thanksgiving's sales. It was really half a carcass, because I put half of the cooked turkey back in the freezer.

It was the BEST turkey soup I've ever made. Thanks, Nosh'.
