I tried it as written, and it was great, but added some shredded chicken for my meat-loving family. It was a hit. The croutons were borderline burned after 22 minutes, so I’m thinking that I’ll lower the temp to 325 or so and try and let them crisp up some more and maybe cook as long as the soup. We’ll make it again! Thanks for sharing.
