It is very similar to a beef stew I have made for years but never thought to add tomatoes or Italian Seasoning. I used Fire Roasted w/garlic in addition to adding a package of Beef Stew Seasoning and this made it more perfect for our tastes. It is an excellent recipe as is, thank you for sharing!
