Great flavor! Mine didn’t turn out as thick as the picture looks. Maybe it was the type of beans I used (cannellini) or I didn’t mush enough of them. Still, it’s definitely a keeper. We all loved it.

Delicious! I followed the recipe as written with the exception of sauteing my onions, garlic, etc. with the bacon as I browned it. Glad I doubled the recipe because EVERYONE loved it – we only had one tiny little cup left over for my lunch today!

This recipe was phenomenal, I ended up using great northern beans and I forgot the lemon juice at then end. Great flavor, nice and filling.

This soup has become a staple meal in my home. It is my absolute favorite soup and I look so forward to making it (so easy) and eating it (incredibly yummy and filling)! I goofed and added a TBS of lemon juice this past time I made it and my husband and I both thought the addition lemon juice was great! Thank you for my new favorite meal!
