This is the best hamburger soup recipe I’ve ever had! Didn’t change a thing. Was a hit with my picky husband and my even pickier son. Hubby said it was even better the second day.

Only changes I made were: I added a teaspoon of chopped garlic, diced tomatoes rather than crushed, and 1/2 cup of barley (because I love it!). My son came over with my three grandchildren and they gobbled it all up. Happy Day!
