I will make this again for sure. It is heaven in a soup bowl. I was looking for a recipe to replace the commercial soup that I liked but was moving away from due to all the crap in it. But OMG! Tonight…it was way better. I couldn’t use the heavy cream because my husband is lactose intolerant, so I just used Lactaid milk instead, and it was still great. The husband thought so too. He’s on bowl #4.
