I changed a few things according to what I had on had… I didn’t have rice (I know, PATHETIC)so I used panko bread crumbs in the meatballs as well as adding some chipolte powder and ground coriander; added corn, poblano chile to the soup base. Let me just say the broth alone was FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for the recipe.
