		<description><![CDATA[I love how versatile this recipe is! Great flavor, healthy (especially if you use low sodium broth), and a cinch to make. The tang of the goat cheese nicely contrasted the sweetness of the soup. I think this would be a great twist on sweet potatoes for the holidays.]]></description>
