I made one little change, I didn’t put the potatoes in it but served it over mashed potatoes. This will certainly be a “go to” recipe for me.

My significant other loves lamb, so I made this for him as a special treat, and we both think it is fabulous! I wouldn’t change a thing! I highly highly recommend. I am not even a huge fan of lamb, but I am loving this.
