		<description><![CDATA[You have GOT to try this! It is THE best soup I have ever made my family and I make plenty of soups. :) I followed it exactly, except for using MILD Italian sausage instead. Next time I will leave out the potatoes, but that&#039;s the only change I would make. :) Soooooo good!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Delicious! Soup has a little kick, but not too much that the kids wouldn&#039;t eat.  I upped the sausage to 1 1/2 lbs, added about a cup of whole milk toward the end after adding veggies and sausage back to pot to feed a slightly bigger crowd.  A great soup - I made it in advance (withholding corn), refrigeratored until day to eat it, then put all in crockpot on low, added the corn then and ate once it was all heated through.  It was perfect for a busy weekend meal.  Thanks for the recipe.]]></description>
