		<description><![CDATA[Cant decide between three and four stars! This was quite labor intensive, but tasted pretty good in the end. I used a rotisserie chicken which always takes more time to pick. The polenta dumplings took much longer to cook, possibly because of the brand I used, which was Bobs Red Mill polenta corn grits. I boiled them for at least 35 mins and they were still a little grainy. I would make this recipe again, but try a different polenta or dumpling recipe all together.]]></description>
