It taste very good after frozen, I have had no problems, make sure you use freezer bags or containers so it does not absorbs any others flavors (just like anything you freeze though).  I use this for any recipe that calls for canned soup. So, I would say it makes about 5 cans of soup. Hope you enjoy :)]]></description>
