However, I only used 2 potatoes and it seemed like too many, 1 was plenty of onion. I’d also use more macaroni and rice. Also, probably more than 8 servings! It made a lot. Quick and easy though, my 4 mitts is just because the amount of veggies made the amount of broth minimal.
