Soooo good! I had been home for the holidays and picked up some fresh hot sausage. It was fabulous. If I use the hot sausage again, I will lighten up on the cajun spice by a teaspoon, but my husband says not to change a thing. The two times I have made it, I shared with friends, and it is loved by everyone.
