But the healthiness of the entire soup made up for it! I would love to know if there is a way to can this – the flavor is awesome, altho I may sub a red onion next time as a white came out strong : )

Silly me didn’t read the whole recipe before I made it so it didn’t have time to sit and chill. I love the flavor the jalapeño added to it. Thanks for posting.
