Agree that chopping was the most time consuming, but so worth the time. Overall it was a success. It was easy to make. The thing that took the longest was chopping all the veggies. It was perfect for a cold, rainy day (which it was). I think next time I might add a little more salt and/or pepper. There will be a next time. I recommend this for sure. (probably would freeze well too)
