WA weather is weird this year… What is nice, though, about this recipe is that since it’s so quick to cook, it won’t heat your house up in the summertime!

I used Chili Cheese Fritos in it and that seemed to be just a bit too much in it. Next time I’ll use regular Fritos instead! My husband loved it andI loved it as well. Home canned tomatoes gave it that lovely fresh taste that we so enjoyed!
