So savory, and the peppers and onions cook up perfectly, not chewy. I used regular chili powder and regular oregano, as that’s what I had on hand, and was generous with the cumin and chili powder. It’s surprisingly easy to make, and is a much lighter option than traditional fajitas. It’s definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
