Yummy! My allergic-to-vegetables kids loved it. I used chicken broth and butter- less healthy, but what I had. I also had kale, so I used that instead of the chard. Thanks! This soup will be a regular here now!

Great recipe with many great vegetables. Each flavor blends well together. This did make a big batch, so we shared with vegetarian friends who said this was the best vegetable soup they’ve ever had!

I was surprised how much my family liked this! It made a big batch so I froze a lot for the rest of the fall.
