I loved the convenience of the rotisserie chicken – and loved the lemony flavor. We used onion – no shallot on hand. And we left out the cream due to a dairy allergy. It went together easily – healthy and nutritious.

I didn’t add the heavy cream because of lactose issues and instead of lima beans and shallots (didn’t have any) I used fresh green beans and yellow onion. The flavor of the broth was superb!!!
